Restaurants That Use Maryland Crab Meat

It is becoming increasingly more difficult to find restaurants that serve dishes prepared with Maryland blue crab meat. Because there is nothing like the taste of genuine Maryland blue crab meat, we would like to inform consumers which restaurants use this local product. The Maryland Department of Agriculture's Seafood Marketing Program will be starting a campaign to promote restaurants that use Maryland fresh or pasteurized blue crab meat in their recipes. The Maryland Department of Agriculture will advertise these restaurants in local newspaper ads and on the Seafood Marketing website, Marylandseafood.org. Participants will receive a certificate, a window decal, and menu cards stating that their establishment proudly uses Maryland blue crab meat.
